Demand Ecological Justice

Demanding ecological justice is an urgent strategic priority to respond to escalating ecological destruction which is happening with impunity.

The climate and ecological crises are rooted and deeply intertwined in militarism, colonial legacies, and economic systems that prioritise profit over people and the planet, with disproportionate impacts on women, LGBTQIA+ communities, and Indigenous peoples who are often most exposed to ecological harm.

We call for a feminist political economic system that directly challenges extractive capitalist practices and reimagines our relationship with nature as one of care and interdependence rather than exploitation.
